Although I do run Windows on a couple of machines I use Cygwin to add some of the Linux Functionality / Commands. In particular openssh provides an ssh server that allows you to remotely login to a computer, or to transfer files to/from that computer.
I had added this before, but couldn't remember the steps required to get the server running. It's only a single command but I'd forgotten about it. When I searched on the Internet I found some broken links, so I've added the details to my website to help anyone else with a similar problem. Details are on the Cygwin Post.
